1. Stef introduced me to the Mac equivalent of Excel with a trial of iLife 08’ and I have to say so far its a lot better. We are writing a lot of lists and audits with Odadeo at the minute, and the in-built templates in Numbers make this a lot easier.
2. Dubber introduced this little application to me, as I was looking for a quick and easy way to edit images. Its free, you can add text, arrows, shapes etc, and its really easy to share images…
3. I downloaded this today, it cost £10 ($20), but its so far worth it. We need to create video tours of Odadeo, and with this software its easy. Simply crop the box to the screen you want to record and thats it. The software will also record voices.
4. I spent the weekend organising my photos, and iPhoto made this very easy. I ordered calendars, cards and put all of my photos into individual albums.
5. The Mac equivalent of Word… but with not quite as many functions, but still very easy to use, and a great tool for simple text editing.
