Martin Sheen of course is president par excellence. This is his Kennedy from the 1983 mini-series.
Jeff Daniels strikes me as a potentially cool, laid back president. This is him as George Washington from a 2000 TV movie, The Crossing.
Anthony Hopkins as Nixon in the film of the same name by Oliver Stone (1995). Hasn’t Hopkins got American nationality now as well?
Tom Selleck in 2004 TV mini-series as Dwight. Go on, you know it makes sense. Tom for Pres!
Heston in the 1953 film ‘The president’s Lady’. I can’t believe he hasn’t thought to run for the top job. The US could do with a gun-toting, war-mongering figurehead. Oh, hang on.
